The challenge
HR teams were running the employee lifecycle across disconnected tools: one system for hiring, spreadsheets for attendance, shared drives for contracts, and inboxes for approvals. Nothing tracked contract expiry or compliance deadlines, and nobody had a single view of the workforce.
What we did
- Designed the enterprise architecture, the Laravel REST API, and the Vue.js front end.
- Shipped the full lifecycle: recruitment and applicant tracking, onboarding, attendance and leave, performance, offboarding.
- Built centralised document management with status and expiry tracking to support compliance.
- Added an AI assistant for candidate matching, resume analysis and workforce planning.
- Implemented role-based access across six user types, from HR administrator down to employee.
